When I started Fourplex, I didn’t just want to start a VPS host. I wanted to change the market. I was tired of high-prices for poor service. I wanted something better, something that I and many others actually love.

However, to stay competitive in the market, sometimes things have to change. Unfortunately, our current IP address provider Cogent has increased our pricing. This means without changing the IP address provider, we will be forced to substantially raise our prices.

Because of this, Ryzen and Storage VPS plans with IP addresses starting with 38.135.24.X or 38.135.25.X are going to change. Your new IP address will start with 147.90.234.X or 147.90.235.X. Affected customers will get an email mentioning their old and new IPv4 addresses.

In the transition phase, both the old and new IP addresses will be assigned. You can manually turn off and on your VPS to apply the new IP addresses.

On or around June 16, 2026, the old IP addresses. Your VPS may reboot during then.

Exceptions

Note: IP Tunneling customers and Ryzen/Storage VPS customers with IP addresses starting with 23.134.76.X will retain their IPs. If a VPS has both a 38-prefix and 23-prefix IP address, only the 38-prefix IPs will be changed.

Tor Exit Policy Update

We have some good news for Tor exit operators! On the new 147.90.234.X and 147.90.235.X IP ranges, the minimum required Tor exit policy will be changed to:

A more restrictive exit policy can also be used, including our current exit policy.

However, exit relay traffic exclusively using the old 38-prefix IPv4 addresses still require the restrictive exit policy requiring Port 53, 80, 443 and 8080.
